Led a cross-functional project team formed of members from our periodicals and web services units to move the online presence for UT Dallas Magazine from an outsourced app to an HTML5-native website optimized for consumption on smartphones.  I guided wireframing, design concepts and functionality decisions with the executive editor.  New features included a blog tuned for quick social media postings and utilization of Wordpress CMS throughout so that its pages could be created and updated quickly by editorial staff.   Once launched, it quickly became the first UT Dallas website to derive more than 50% of its pageviews from mobile devices.
